The Wood-pressing method ensures that all the nutrients and rich taste of raw mustard are retained. The 41% Oleic acid content makes it a good hair tonic also. We extract mustard oil in Kachi Ghani by Wood Pressing the seeds.

This method ensures that all of the nutrients and rich flavor of mustard are retained because the Ghani moves at a very slow speed of 4-7 rounds per minute, generating almost no heat at any point. It is as healthy same as pure homemade desi ghee.
