2. From Conventional Food Supply to Planned Homemade Goodness
The conventional food chain often relies on forecasting, mass production, storage, distribution, and retailing.
To achieve longer shelf life, standardisation, and consistent taste, manufacturers may use chemical preservatives, additives, and artificial colours. For a healthier lifestyle, we believe we should minimise our exposure to even permitted preservatives, artificial colours, and unnecessary additives whenever practical.
Green Member follows a different approach: Understand Demand → Plan Production → Prepare Closer to Delivery → Pack with Care → Deliver as Planned.
Monthly member choices provide better visibility of demand. This helps create a more planned ecosystem, reduce avoidable waste and support freshness-focused preparation.
3. Your Basket. Your Way.
Green Member is not a compulsory fixed-box subscription. Members can choose their own eligible products and can add, remove, replace or modify products for the next planned delivery, subject to availability and applicable cut-off times.
The minimum monthly basket value is ₹1,200 before the applicable Green Member discount.
4. What Green Members Receive

Products are typically homemade-style and, wherever the particular product and process permit, prepared with a freshness-first approach and without unnecessary additives.

6. What Is Behind Your Food?
U-Turn4Nature works with a rural women-led ecosystem and focuses on everyday staples and homemade-style products across flours, oils, dals and pulses, spices, millets, rice, jaggery, snacks, pickles, ghee and other products.
By creating predictable demand through Green Member subscriptions, the model aims to strengthen rural livelihoods while bringing trusted homemade goodness closer to families.
7. How Green Member Works
1. Subscribe: Become a Green Member.
2. Choose Your Basket: Select eligible products worth ₹1,200 or more.Or select predefind essential subscription.
3. Save: Receive the applicable 10% GM discount.
4. Modify Anytime: Change, add or remove products for your next planned delivery.
5. Add Extra Products: Add eligible products before the delivery cut-off and receive the applicable GM discount.
6. Receive Your Delivery: Get the planned basket together as scheduled.
7. Complete 12 Months: Become eligible for the annual benefit subject to the applicable conditions.
8. The 5% Annual Green Benefit
Eligible members may receive an annual benefit equivalent to 5% of eligible purchases made during the completed 12-month membership period, subject to a minimum cumulative eligible purchase of ₹24,000 and the applicable Green Member Terms & Conditions. The benefit becomes claimable only after completion of 12 months and fulfilment of the eligibility requirements.

GREEN MEMBER — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Green Member Programme (“Green Member” or “GM”) offered by U-Turn4Nature LLP (“U-Turn4Nature”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By enrolling in or continuing with the Green Member Programme, the customer (“Member”, “you” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.
1. Green Member Subscription
1.1. Green Member is a planned grocery subscription programme designed for customers who prefer planned purchasing, freshness-focused preparation and homemade-style products over instant or quick-commerce delivery.
1.2. The minimum monthly basket value is ₹1,200 before application of the applicable Green Member discount.
1.3. The maximum subscription period under one Green Member subscription is 12 months.
1.4. The Green Member subscription is not an investment, deposit, financial product or guaranteed ownership/equity programme.
2. Green Member Discount
2.1. Members are eligible for a 10% Green Member discount on eligible products included in their subscription.
2.2. The 10% discount applies only to eligible subscribed products and is subject to product availability and applicable programme conditions.
2.3. Products or services specifically excluded by U-Turn4Nature from the Green Member Programme will not qualify for the discount.
2.4. The Green Member discount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person unless expressly permitted by U-Turn4Nature.
3. Choice & Modification of Monthly Basket
3.1. Members have the flexibility to choose their own eligible products for their monthly basket. There is no compulsory fixed product box.
3.2. Members may, subject to applicable cut-off dates and product availability:
- Add products
- Remove products
- Replace products
- Change quantities
- Modify their monthly basket
3.3. Any new eligible product added to the subscription during the membership period will qualify for the applicable Green Member discount and annual benefit, subject to these Terms.
4. Product Prices During Subscription
4.1. The applicable product prices for products included in the Member's subscription will be protected/locked at the prices applicable on the Member's first eligible purchase, for the applicable subscription period for which you have opted and paid advance @1200 INR/M, subject to these terms.
4.2. The price protection applies only to eligible products covered under the Green Member Programme and does not necessarily apply to products introduced later or products specifically excluded from the programme.
4.3. The minimum monthly basket requirement remains ₹1,200 before the applicable Green Member discount, irrespective of any price protection.
4.4. Taxes, statutory charges or other government-mandated charges, where applicable, will be charged separately or as required by law.
5. Planned Delivery
5.1. Green Member is a planned delivery programme and not an instant or quick-commerce delivery service.
5.2. Members may receive up to two planned deliveries per month, where such service is available for the Member's delivery location.
5.3. Free delivery is subject to:
- Delivery location/serviceable area
- Product availability
- Applicable delivery schedule
- Minimum basket requirements
- Operational and logistical conditions
5.4. Additional, urgent or specially requested deliveries outside the planned delivery schedule may be subject to applicable delivery charges.
5.5. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product preparation, availability, location, weather, logistics and other operational circumstances.
6. Freshness & Product Preparation
6.1. Green Member is designed around the principle of “Health & Purity over Hurry” and planned purchasing.
6.2. U-Turn4Nature may plan production and preparation based on anticipated Member demand and scheduled deliveries.
6.3. Wherever practical and appropriate for the particular product and process, products may be prepared closer to the planned delivery date.
6.4. Green Member should therefore not be treated as an instant-delivery service. Members joining the programme acknowledge that planned delivery may require more time than conventional quick-commerce services.
6.5. Product ingredients, preparation methods and shelf-life characteristics may vary from product to product. Product-specific information provided on the website will apply.
7. 5% Annual Green Benefit
7.1. Eligible Green Members may receive an annual benefit equivalent to 5% of their eligible purchases made during the applicable 12-month membership period.
7.2. To qualify for the annual benefit, the Member must:
- Complete the full 12-month membership period, and
- Make a minimum cumulative eligible purchase of ₹24,000 during that 12-month period.
7.3. The annual benefit will be calculated only on eligible purchases actually completed and paid for during the applicable membership period.
7.4. Cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise excluded transactions will not be included in the calculation.
8. Claiming the Annual Benefit
8.1. The 5% annual benefit becomes eligible for claim only after completion of 12 months and fulfilment of the minimum ₹24,000 eligible purchase requirement.
8.2. If the Member does not complete 12 months or does not meet the minimum eligible purchase requirement of ₹24,000, no annual benefit will accrue or become payable.
8.3. The annual benefit is a customer loyalty benefit and does not constitute interest, investment return, guaranteed cash return, deposit or financial entitlement.
8.4. The manner, form, validity period and redemption process of the annual benefit will be as communicated by U-Turn4Nature and may be subject to applicable programme rules.
9. Green Member Effective Date
9.1. The Green Member Effective Date will be the date of the Member's first eligible Green Member purchase/subscription.
9.2. The applicable 12-month period for calculating the annual benefit will be measured from the Green Member Effective Date.
10. Product Availability
10.1. All products are subject to availability.
10.2. U-Turn4Nature may temporarily remove, replace, modify or discontinue products based on availability, seasonality, production capacity, quality considerations or other operational requirements.
10.3. Where a subscribed product is unavailable, U-Turn4Nature may communicate available alternatives or applicable options to the Member.
11. Cancellation, Refunds & Changes
11.1. Subscription cancellations, refunds, order modifications and other adjustments will be governed by U-Turn4Nature's applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
11.2. Any refunded or cancelled purchase will not be counted towards the ₹24,000 minimum eligible annual purchase requirement or the calculation of the annual benefit.
12. Programme Modification or Discontinuation
12.1. U-Turn4Nature reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Green Member Programme, its benefits, eligible products, pricing arrangements or other programme features, subject to applicable law.
12.2. Changes applicable to existing Members will be communicated through appropriate channels wherever required.
13. No Transfer of Membership
Green Member membership and its associated benefits are personal to the registered Member and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person unless expressly permitted by U-Turn4Nature.
14. Misuse of Programme
U-Turn4Nature reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Green Member subscription where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, manipulation of the programme, false information, abuse of benefits or violation of these Terms.

Green Member participation is also subject to U-Turn4Nature's applicable:

In case of any conflict, the applicable specific programme terms will prevail to the extent permitted by law.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Green Member Programme, placing an eligible Green Member order or continuing to use the Green Member benefits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
