Background:
U-Turn4Nature is a An enterprising-based rural women development project. 100% natural processing units (Modern Gramudyog) are set up in villages by women SHGs, formed under National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM)/ NULM & Women FPOs. They are trained to working in groups, cooperative, proprietorship etc. The core belief of NRLM is that, the poor women have a strong desire and innate capabilities to come out of poverty. They are entrepreneurial & we are striving to enable them for self-sustainable & dignified livelihood. Our aim is to make these women competitive as per global market standard through Quality Control and easy access. U-turn4Nature dedicated for underprivileged women & only promote products of women SHGs/FPOs. Project implemented in villages by DNR Foundation across India. Transforming these unorganised sectors into organised sector.). Individuals, NGOs & Corporate (CSR) can play a significant role in this endeavour.
U-Turn4Nature is the only facilitator for this project. Our main objectives are employment generation, promoting natural farming, eradicating killer chemical fertilizers, pesticides, preservatives etc. This project will help to protect our environment and minimization killer diseases like cancer, sugar, BP etc.
We are committed to promoting natural farming*, natural food, preserving the environment and developing the village ecosystem. Our mission is to replace poison with environment-friendly products/systems in the whole supply chain like seeding, farming, procurement, storing, processing, packaging, delivery etc. All process in this initiative is done by trained farmers, and village youth especially women in the village only.

Role:
The job is to create and manage company's retailer network in Greater Noida.
Selling products using solid arguments to prospective retail outlets
Have to visit 30 retail counters in a day.
Record all sales activities in company Sales management App.
Generate business for company on regular basis.
Think Strategically – Seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the rural agro based business for BOP (Bottom of Pyramid) women
Promoting the natural and poison free food produced by village entrepreneur at different forum including societies, collages, companies etc
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior FMCG /Food sales experience at Sales Executive level is mandatory. Only candidates who have food/confectionery/snacks sales experience need to apply.
Need only result-oriented candidates who can generate business for the company.

Interest in agro, natural/organic farming/food, village development and networking
Self-confident, ambitious and reliant individuals
Nothing is impossible attitude
Ability to accept challenges and showcase performance
Advocacy of profitability for farmers/villagers especially SHG women

75% field work and travel
