Partners in Change (PIC) – Growing Together

The Partners in Change (PIC) program invites individuals and organizations to become co-builders 

PICs are not sales agents.
PIC Women are Co-Partners and Ambassadors who promote the values of homemade food and rural women empowerment by connecting families and communities with authentic products while mentoring rural entrepreneurs and their family members.

PICs Contribute To:

• Strengthening rural women livelihoods
• Encouraging affordable healthier food choices better than certified organic products. Minimizing cancer like diseases. 
• Building India’s largest homemade brand

How the PIC Program Works

  • PICs introduce new users to U-Turn4Nature as per their convenience.
  • Approx 5% lifelong awareness sharing contribution is earned on purchases made by referred users.
  • No cap on referrals (You can refer as many users as you want. 
  • Monthly transparent statements & payouts.
  •  
  • Visiting the working areas of rural women to understand their journey and challenges (voluntary)
  • Offering guidance and support for personal and family concerns of rural women entrepreneurs (voluntary) 
  •  Staying connected through dedicated platforms/WhatsApp/social media groups where everyone can openly discuss challenges and share solutions (voluntary)
